People know me as an observer with a pragmatic attitude. Someone who likes structure, digs into a subject and always thinks in solutions. I enjoy analyzing and structuring processes and implementing the ideas and solutions that have been acquired. After years of working at a desk, I consciously made the switch to education where the social relevance, working with different target groups and the dynamics are all around me. I like to work in a creative environment, where I am at the centre of all the action and can be the resting point for the organization.
