As a “doer” and someone who likes to think in solutions, I enjoy helping, understanding, assisting, advising and bringing people together. I like to find creative solutions to challenges and ideas. I have done a lot of organizing in the past and if I get the chance I take an active role in it. The interaction with colleagues (in the broadest sense of the word) and the connection with young people gives me energy and empowers me.
