It is important for me to create a feeling of home at work so that you can be yourself. I am a team player. Training and managing (new) colleagues and conveying this atmosphere suits me. In this way I can motivate and enthuse colleagues.

Because it is time to develop myself further and I like to contribute to the future, I chose education. Education appeals to me because I like to contribute to educational institutions in a supporting role. I have always enjoyed studying and I like to contribute behind the scenes for the current and future generation of students.
