With my goal-oriented approach, eye for detail and sense of responsibility, which I apply in and outside my work, I want to get the best out of myself and others. My involvement and easy dealings make colleagues feel at ease with me quickly and vice versa. You know where you stand with me. I keep an overview and I don’t get stressed, even when I see that others do experience it. My experience as a teacher comes in handy here.
