As a curious questioner, I like to help an individual or group of people take a development step forward. For example, from connection and collaboration we create the design of a new system. And I like to do that at an educational institution during an implementation or change process. From the question behind the question, we get the process sharp and we come up with practical solutions to work towards our desired result. I like to help with an LMS implementation, flexibilization issue and/or other process improvement with people, education and systems.
