I have many years of facility and administrative and Magister experience in secondary education. In addition to the executive work – the show must go on -, I always look critically at the processes and I find it a challenge to organize the work more efficiently and effectively. The more streamlined the supporting processes are, the more space and flexibility there is within the primary task of education: teaching students in the broadest possible sense!
