I want to add value in my work. From a clear vision as a dot on the horizon, I set to work with enthusiasm and purpose. Sometimes I devise new concepts and ideas for this at a strategic level, other times I have very concrete executive tasks with my feet in the clay. I have an eye for all different stakeholders and their own interests. I enjoy it when I can help others to learn something new or do something (more effectively) myself by thinking along, sharing knowledge or devising processes. In my work I believe in the power of collaboration and that one plus one really equals three. With a touch of humor it also becomes a lot of fun to do!
