Myrga - General Director

In my role, I am responsible for the recruitment, training and secondment of our consultants in Eastern Netherlands. For this it is important to be in good contact with our professionals and clients. I am also in daily contact with our overarching commercial team (sales and assignment management) and I am a member of the management team of Omix.

The growth of our consultants and organization is my biggest drive. In doing so, I like to guide them where possible and look closely at what is demanded in the market and how that fits our professionals. Finally, I am proud of the steps we take as Omix and the personal development that our colleagues go through every day.
