Ralph - Assignment manager & Consultant

In my role as assignment manager at Omix, I lead a team of consultants who perform essential functions in secondary education, such as scheduler, application and functional administrator. I also fill the role of interim vice principal, combining my passion for education and leadership. It is a beautiful job where I am challenged every day to get the best out of myself and my team, for the benefit of tomorrow’s education.

I now have 22 years of work experience at multiple schools as a math teacher. Since 2007 I have broadened my knowledge with the task of basic timetable maker and in recent years I have expanded this to the creation of test schedules and daily timetables. I have also been an application manager of Magister and later Zermelo since 2007. For several years I have supervised and assessed new colleagues and managed departments. The last 3 years I have been intensively involved in building a merged school with a completely new educational concept. Furthermore, I have been advising the management in the field of formation for many years. Last school year I made the basic schedule of 3 schools simultaneously. Besides my work, I have been a soccer coach of first teams for many years and have worked as head of youth training at several soccer clubs where I supervised and managed a team of 25 trainers.
